What Are the Types? (COGs)

Cognitive Orientation Guidebooks or COGs, are aLBoP’s definitive guides to the 16 cognitive types. Covering everything from letter definitions to Cognition Steps, Type Specializations to Type Angsts, etc. and debunking the plethora of misconceptions and stereotypes found throughout books and the internet, the COGs are your guide to people and the way they think!

Because we want you to be able to read about yourself and anyone else you care about, they are free to everyone! And we hope that they will be compasses on your journey to understand the potential you and those around you truly have.

In their current iteration, they already clock in together just over 1,000 pages and 160,000 words! But we’re sure to keep adding to them, so check the version number on the first page to see how recently each one has been updated!

In return for our giving you these pieces of our hearts, we ask that you try to be the hero we know you can be. The world doesn’t just need heroes, it needs heroes like *you.* Strong people willing to stand and do what they do best, no matter how scary or hard it may get sometimes. You don’t need a cape, or to be someone else, just to be the best and brightest version of *you* you can be.
